PrintThe Government’s Making Things Right Campaign is designed to raise awareness of how social housing customers can report problems to their landlords.
Here at Riverside, we do a huge amount to promote those methods:
- We publish details in our Welcome Pack which we provide to new customers.
- We make it the first thing you find on our Contact Us web section which many customers use to find our contact details.
- We promote it on our social media channels.
- We incorporate details into many of our customer letters, printed mailouts and emails.
- We signpost customers to it on the phone and face-to-face where relevant.
