Regional hubs

There are three regional hubs which have been established in our Liverpool City region, North region and our South and Central region. Their purpose is to involve customers in performance oversight, consultation, and feedback at a regional level.

The objective of the hubs is to improve customer satisfaction and listen and act on customer feedback. There is no selection process or interviews to join, customers can just ask to join the hub meetings. The hubs are open to all of Riverside’s customers.

It’s a method customers can use to channel reoccurring neighbourhood issues or themes to senior Riverside colleagues, so that they can have them resolved as well as having the opportunity to learn more about their region.

Meetings will generally be held via Microsoft Teams on a bi-monthly basis and times will vary based on the thoughts of each group, to allow flexibility.

Meeting dates

  • North hub – The first Tuesday of every other month from June 2024 onwards from 10am until 11am
  • LCR hub – The fourth Wednesday of every other month from May 2024 onwards from 10.30am until noon.
  • South & Central hub – The fourth Wednesday of every other month from May 2024 onwards from 5pm to 6pm.
