Have your say, locally
At Riverside we are committed to providing the best possible services.
To help us achieve this, we need to know that customers’ needs and expectations are being met and maintained
to the highest standard possible. One of the best ways to do this is by hearing from you at a local level.
There are lots of different ways to be involved and have your say.
Check them out below…
Customer
groups
A local customer group is a group of people who live in a neighbourhood and decide that they want to get together to discuss any issues that affect their local community. The group may also decide to organise events and activities to benefit their local area.
Care and Support
Customers within our Care and Support schemes will have opportunities to be involved with local engagement events in their own homes and buildings. These will vary from scheme to scheme. Customers are able to raise any issues through scheme staff.
Neighbourhood planning
The Community Planning team develop Neighbourhood Plans for priority neighbourhoods. This includes gathering feedback through surveys, giving customers the opportunity to voice their local priorities. These priorities then inform actions in the Neighbourhood Plans and this is communicated to customers through a local offer document setting out our commitment to you in your area.
Our regional hubs
There are three regional hubs which have been established in our Liverpool City region, North region and our South and Central region. Their purpose is to involve customers in performance oversight, consultation, and feedback at a regional level.
