Compendium Living was established as a joint venture company by Lovell Partnerships Ltd and The Riverside Group Ltd in 2005, each of whom own 50% of the company.
It therefore brings together the expertise and experience of the country’s leading builder of affordable homes and one of the leading registered providers of social housing in the UK.
Compendium Living specialises in delivering large-scale, complex, residential-led development and urban regeneration projects.
Since its creation in 2005, the company has delivered, or is delivering, sustainable place-making projects in Derby, Hull, Liverpool and Stoke-on-Trent.
Compendium Living has only a small number of directly employed staff – most of its staffing resources are recruited by and provided from Lovell Partnerships or Riverside, and advertised through their websites.
