Valley Voices is a group of residents who are passionate about making the views of the Lee Valley community heard. Most of the group have worked with Riverside for many years, ensuring the promises made at stock transfer were delivered. The group is asking residents how it feels to live and work in Lee Valley

Riverside takes all aspects of neighbour nuisance, anti-social behaviour and race hate seriously. Over the past six months, we have taken a variety of actions on a number of Riverside tenants, including: • an anti-social behaviour injunction and possession of a property in South Grange, Birkenhead due to noise nuisance from the tenant and visitors

Recycling domestic refuse is not always easy for residents living in flats. Liverpool City Council is encouraging social landlords like Riverside to help deal with the problem, and is setting up pilot schemes in some areas. New Direction is funded by the Big Lottery Improving Financial Confidence programme, helping social tenants in Liverpool make practical changes with their money. Their advisors can visit you at home and check you are getting everything you are entitled to, help you deal with benefit queries and understand letters, and show you how to set
