Tackling anti-social behaviour
Riverside takes all aspects of neighbour nuisance, anti-social behaviour and race hate seriously. Over the past six months, we have taken a variety of actions on a number of Riverside tenants, including: • an anti-social behaviour injunction and possession of a property in South Grange, Birkenhead due to noise nuisance from the tenant and visitors

Helping tenants to recycle
Recycling domestic refuse is not always easy for residents living in flats. Liverpool City Council is encouraging social landlords like Riverside to help deal with the problem, and is setting up pilot schemes in some areas.
