The Residents’ Steering Group (RSG) represents tenants throughout the redevelopment process. The group meets regularly with Source Partnership, Riverside and other partners in the redevelopment of the estate, and are actively involved in decision making.

All Riverside tenants at Geoffrey Close, York Close and Canterbury Close are welcome to join the group at any time. Simply speak to the ITA Source Partnership if you’d like to get involved.

The role of the group

The role of the Residents’ Steering Group is defined by the Residents’ Charter, which sets out Riverside’s commitment to tenants in the redevelopment of the estate.

The group has been set up to make sure that tenants are properly consulted and are able to contribute to decisions made about the redevelopment proposals. The group represents the interests of tenants on the estate who are affected by the redevelopment proposals. It will make recommendations to Riverside and other organisations working on the estate about the redevelopment plans.
