Following The Big Pennyburn Clean Up event in Autumn 2023 we were keen to explore new ways to support tenants and residents to maintain their gardens.

We supported four tenants to complete an Advanced DIY Carpentry and Joinery course at Ayrshire College.

In February we partnered up with Connecting Scotland to combat digital exclusion amongst Riverside Scotland customers.

In February we teamed up with our contractors Bell Group and James Frew to support customers affected by bed poverty.

We increased the frequency of our customer update from quarterly to bi-monthly.

Earlier this year, we began holding local drop-ins for our customers to ensure a regular presence within our communities and estates.
