For some time now, we’ve been required by Government to publish an annual Gender Pay Gap report showing the difference in average female earnings compared to average male earnings.
Now, in order to be as transparent as possible, we’ve also chosen to create and publish an Ethnicity Pay Gap report too.
This work supports our strategy on increasing diversity, equality and inclusion across the Group and will be used to drive improved performance going forwards.
