The scheme aims to give people on Enfield’s Housing Register with enough points to be housed, more say in where they wish to live. Available homes are advertised from Wednesday to Sunday each week on this website. Council and housing association homes are let to those in greatest need. Each year, very few homes become available for letting. You can view the results of the bidding for Enfield’s Choice Based Lettings homes on the Enfield website. In order to bid on any available properties, you need to be registered on Enfield’s active Housing Register and have been given enough housing points to make a bid. You will also need a User ID number and PIN. Your User ID and PIN are provided by Enfield Council’s Housing Assessment Team. You will be told how many housing points you have and what size of home you have been assessed as needing. The number of housing points you have will reflect your particular circumstances and how long you have been on the Housing Register.
