This year we plan to spend £4.2 million on improvements to your homes and we are well underway with the planned programme of works. 

Work planned for 2016/17 includes:

• 150 new kitchens
  75 new bathrooms
  150 new windows
  90 new heating systems
  155 new roofs
  80 new external doors.
  What to expect.

We have appointed contractors who, along with our in-house team, will be carrying out our planned works programme. The  contractors’ tenant liaison officer will contact you near the time of the
