This year we plan to spend £4.2 million on improvements to your homes and we are well underway with our investment programme of works.

Work planned for 2016/17 includes:

• 267 new kitchens
• 164 new bathrooms
• 66 new windows
• 220 new heating systems
• 60 new roofs
• 132 new external doors.

We have appointed contractors who will be carrying out our planned works programme.

The contractors tenant liaison officer will contact you near the time of the start of the works to your home to talk about access arrangements and answer any queries you may have.
