In 2016/17 we’re focusing our planned work on the Langley Estate in Middleton, Manchester.

We will continue the roof replacement work that has been ongoing for the last two years and complete the boiler replacement
programme on the estate. 

This work will ensure that our properties in Langley all have an effective and efficient heating system and that the roofs are replaced before they fail.

In addition our contractor Evolve will continue the current fencing programme, providing clearly defined front boundaries for
customers and improving the look of the estate.
