Customer scrutiny panels take an in-depth look into the services Riverside provides.

Acting independently of Riverside, these customer-run groups aim to analyse those services and ensure they are doing everything possible to support customers.

They can make recommendations for change and improvements and ask Riverside colleagues to attend meetings so they can explain more about how services work.

Training and support are provided for participants and taking part is open to all customers who can become co-opted members of the RCVE should they wish to partake in an exercise.

Riverside needs scrutineers to give us feedback and recommendations so we can improve.
