We focus our support around each customer and their unique needs, wishes and aspirations, which means spending time talking to them, as well as their families and support staff, to make sure that we are delivering tailored, person-centred care and support. Furthermore, we are proud to have worked with Skills for Care in piloting the Care Certificate developed as a result of the Cavendish report which has become a fundamental part of our support team’s induction. ‘The Care Certificate gives everyone the confidence that workers have the same introductory skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide compassionate, safe and high quality care and support’.
