In National Apprenticeship Week  2016 we are celebrating our apprentices by giving them the floor. Our Apprenticeship programme has only been in place for 12 months but is already proving to be a success with managers and apprentices. We spoke to Apprenticeship Manager, Holly Nicholson-Wrigley, about our new apprenticeship framework and why it’s proving so successful.
