 Situated in Keswick Close, Middleton, Keswick Gardens offers independent living for over 55’s with care needs. We opened our doors to our first customer at this brand new development of modern homes on 29 January 2024.

All of the accommodation at Keswick Gardens has been designed with you, and your independence, in mind. There are one and two bedroom apartments, each one with: 

• a call pendant and pull cord, giving you the peace of mind that help is available at the touch of a button 
• a balcony, for first and second floor apartments or patio space for ground floor apartments, with access to the communal gardens 
• fully equipped kitchen with integrated oven and grill and ceramic hob 
• ensuite bathroom 
• extra wide door ways and fully wheelchair accessible 
• full access to all communal living spaces and facilities.

Applications

Applications for one of the 66 apartments with care is through the local adult care team. This can be done by calling the 0300 303 8886 directly or sending an email to [email protected] stating the name, age, contact number and a brief over view of the care and support they require.

Applications for one of the 22 apartments which are allocated by Riverside is via an expression of interest form sent directly to the service. Please feel free to print the form, complete and return it to: Housing Office, Keswick Gardens, 3 Keswick Close, Middleton, M24 4TL (or alternatively collect and drop an expression of interest form off directly at housing office which is in the main entrance at Keswick Gardens).
