If there is an accident or fall you press the button on your alarm and a call will be made to our 24 hour, 7 day a week monitored emergency care helpline. You will reach a friendly voice through the alarm’s loudspeaker. Our friendly and professional team will find out exactly what help you need.
This could be as simple as contacting a family member or friend to alert them of a problem or to call the emergency services if there is a more serious incident. You don’t have to worry, we will stay on the line with you until help arrives. The personal safety alarms even a fall and motion detector built-in in case there is a lack of movement and you are unable to press the button yourself.
