Progressed major regeneration plans in London, where we have secured resident support to deliver c1,000 multi-tenure replacement and new homes over the next 10 years across a number of sites, and Runcorn, where plans are in place to deliver over 400 homes as part of a wider long-term neighbourhood renewal initiative.

Established the Group’s first ‘Climate Responsibility’ strategy, setting out the steps we will take as part of a long-term commitment to play our role in tackling climate change through reducing carbon emissions associated with our housing stock and operations.
